Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will arrive in Moscow to hold talks with Jayashkar for a complete withdrawal of troops from Ladakh.
Indian External Affairs Minister S.K. Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will arrive in Moscow on Wednesday evening to hold talks with Jaishankar. The two leaders will discuss ways to resolve the Ladakh dispute on September 10. Indian Foreign Minister Jaish will arrive in Moscow on Tuesday evening to attend the 'Shanghai Cooperation Organization', organized by the Russian Federation.It may be mentioned here that on September 5, Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh met with Chinese Defense Minister General Wei Fenghe on September 5, but the talks were not fruitful. Both sides only discussed their formal status.
At a meeting on September 10, Foreign Minister Jaish will remind his Chinese counterpart to deploy a minimum of troops in the 3,488-kilometer-long Line of Control (LoC). He will also demand that the People's Liberation Army (FGP) troops return to their former positions at Gora-Hot Spring, Finger 4, on the north bank of Pangong So Lake.
